Guide aims to prepare RJ establishments with guidelines for a safe environment against harassment and sexual aggression

The guide action protocol is structured around 3 axes: prevention, identification and management of harassment situations.
“A simple and well -structured action plan helps entrepreneurs know how to act and protect victims, promoting a more pleasant, safe and profitable environment.”said Erilene Pires, Ombudsman of Sebrae Rio. Pires also stressed the negative consequences of neglect of harassment, including the insecurity of customers and possible damage to the reputation and legalities of the business.
