How to prepare the best pork cuttings? Start with the preparation of meat

Perfect pork cuttings should be juicy and soft inside, while the outside crispy.

  • Their thickness is also important, so that the cuttings do not happen not only from the breadcrumbs. For this reason, it is best to buy meat quite. Cut it yourself into approximately one and a half centimeters and then smash with a slip.
  • Of course, do not forget to clean the meat properly. That is why the meat will be much better than usual.

What can be done to make pork cutting fragile? Many people use marinade

In the traditional version, the meat on pork cuttings is flavored with salt and pepper. Then it is gradually wrapped in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

  • However, if you want the meat to be juicy and full of taste, it is recommended to soak it in milk with a pinch of salt and spices before. Some people add onion slices.
  • The whole process should take at least two hours. But the longer the better. Then be sure to dry the slices thoroughly.
  • Only then continue with three -phase coating. Reduce the amount of spices as they were also added to the marinade.

How to properly fry pork cutlet? Don’t overdo it with time

The last phase of pork cutting is frying.

  • It is important that you do not prolong the process and make sure that the oil used is fresh and does not burn.
  • Place the meat in hot fat for approximately 4-5 minutes from each side, not longer.
  • After roasting, remove it on a plate lined with paper towels.
  • This will ensure perfect crispness and juiciness, without the effect of the rubber sole.
  • By the way, paper absorbs excess fat.

Tip! If you need to heat the cuttings, never do it in the microwave. Use a preheated oven to 170 degrees. The meat will still be soft and tasty. Just 15 minutes and will taste as ready.
