Every year in Europe’s largest port of Rotterdam, numerous film prices go to anchors when the International Film Festival Rotterdam Segel sets a circular show about the more avant -garde cinema. The IFFR is not one of the A festivals, but has developed a good reputation as a shop window for talents over the decades. And even in the edition of February 9 this year, Austrian filmmaking has a strong stand.
