The mayor of Belo Horizonte (MG), (PSD), 77, follows with mechanical ventilation indefinitely. He has been hospitalized at Mater Dei Hospital in the capital of Minas Gerais for 27 days.
According to medical report released this Thursday (30.jan.2025), Fuad presents “Progressive clinical and neurological improvement”. The mayor was discharged from the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) on Wednesday (29.Jan). It undergoes physical therapy, motor and neurological rehabilitation.

Fuad’s health
The mayor was hospitalized on January 3 for presenting acute respiratory failure as a result of pneumonia. The disease was healed on January 25.
Fuad Noman announced in July 2024 that he was diagnosed with a non -cancer -type Hodgkin lymphoma that spreads in an ordered manner. He is for 15 days due to the disease. The deputy mayor, (União Brasil), assumes the position in the period.
