Roller from minced meat It is a dish that will be successfully worked for lunch, dinner, starter or as a party snack on the sausage board. Craft and melting meat in the mouth hides aromatic and dry interior full of perfectly connected flavors.

To make this recipe, you need:

Rolled:

  • 500 g of ground pork or mixed meat,
  • 1 egg,
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs,
  • ½ teaspoon salt,
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.

Stuffing:

  • 4 eggs in size L or XL,
  • 50 g olives,
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs,
  • 25 g of pini peanuts,
  • 25 g of dried tomatoes,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Additionally:

Prepare the stuffing.

Pinish peanuts slightly thin in a dry frying pan, and then chop them with a sharp knife. Hardly cook the eggs, peel them and cut them into medium -sized cubes. Cut the dried tomatoes and olives into thin strips or small cubes, and squeeze the garlic through the press. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the stuffing to obtain a compact consistency.

Prepare a roulade.

In a bowl, mix the meat, egg, breadcrumbs, spices and parsley. Mix all ingredients with your hands until a uniform consistency. Transfer the meat mass to aluminum foil or paper. Flash it into a thin rectangle. Spread the stuffing evenly along the long side. Collapse the meat carefully, helping yourself with foil or paper. Zlep well connecting place.

Transfer the roulade into an ovenproof dish and grease it with a beaten egg. Put the whole in a furnace set at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 40 minutes until the meat loses its severity. Remove the roulade from minced meat and leave to cool from cutting. Serve hot or cold.
