Another defeat for Meloni: Italian judiciary stops “Albania model” again

Rome/Tirana-The Italian legal government under Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni also suffered a legal defeat in the third attempt to send a group of Mediterranean refugees back before arriving in Italy. An appellate court in Rome decided that the 43 men had to be released and brought to Italy from Albania. This was reported by the Italian news agency Ansa, citing judicial sources.
