Pancakes are a dish that stole the heart of both adults and children. They can be served sweet with jam, fruit, chocolate or cheese. They find perfectly with meats or spinach. This variety means that they often host in the diet. However, the most classic ones based on wheat flour are not good for everyone. Of course, this flour can be replaced with gluten -free, e.g. rice, but then they come out more compact and heavier, instead it is worth using a product that is not a typical flour.

Most grandmothers prepared pancakes from wheat flour, eggs, milk, peaks of salt and sugar and oil. Currently, there are many recipes that modify this classic recipe, although the use of sparkling water, which makes them more delicate and thinner. It is often also left away from oil – modern pans allow you to fry pies without this ingredient and fears to attach the dough to the surface. You can also find orders for adding baking powder or baking soda in the case of gluten -free regulations.

One of the most interesting combinations about pancakes is the use of pudding instead of flour. Pudding is based on gluten -free products – but it can often contain trace amounts. If you need to eliminate this ingredient, it is worth reaching for typically gluten -free versions that are available in most stores.

Vanilla or maybe cream? For this recipe, you can use your favorite pudding. The pancakes will come out elastic, delicate and delicious. However, remember to mix the dough well and not pour it too much in a pan. Pudding pancakes can be served both sweet and dry depending on your taste. This is a more delicate version that will taste toddlers. You need about 12 pieces of pancakes to prepare:

  • two standard pudding (40 g packaging)
  • two small eggs or one large,
  • 375 ml of milk,
  • a pinch of sugar,
  • 30 ml of oil.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine to a smooth mass with a whip or mixer. Heat the pan to pancakes, if you do not have one, you can use a regular smaller pan. Divide the dough into 12 parts. In the case of a small ladle (100 ml), fill it in about 1/3 and pour the contents on a hot pan. Fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Fried can be given as desired.
