Kiper told national television that three explosions resonated at intervals, which he described as a “well -established practice” by the Russian military of repeated attacks on the same target.

“However, in this case, a missile capable of penetrating concrete was used,” he said while in a street near emergency teams.

“This means that it was deliberately directed to a civilian hotel to destroy the floors and internal structures, causing destruction and, of course, killing civilians staying there at the moment.”

In a video speech by speaking of his nightlife speech, he said the attack was staged “directly in the city in ordinary civil buildings.”

“Repeatedly, air defense is the main priority. We are working with all our partners to provide more protection to our country. ”

Zelensky said a Ukraine command meeting focused on improving weapons systems and accelerating deliveries.

“We need faster deliveries and more systems and weapons that will allow us to save the most soldiers’ lives, our people,” he said.

“More Drone Requests. More investments for the development of robotic systems. And more requests for basic weapons. ”
