Vienna – The German family group Schoeller buys the former Signa headquarters in Germany, the Hochhaus Upper West in Berlin. This was announced by the insolvency administrator of Signa Prime Selection on Friday evening. The Schoeller Group, based in Pullach near Munich, has signed a purchase contract with the previous owner company as the best bidder in the course of a tender procedure, according to the statement. The closing should take place in the 1st quarter of 2025.
