Luís Marques Mendes made this Sunday the last weekly comment in the SIC Night Journal. In the farewell to the space of opinion, on the eve of announcing the candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic, Marques Mendes ensured to advance with “total” confidence for the race to Belém.
Marques Mendes devalues the fact that he is the first candidate of the two main parties to announce the candidacy: “For me the ideas are more important than calendars.”
The former PSD leader also points out three pillars who will defend, if elected president: ambition, stability and ethics.
