According to the monetary authority, the creation of the dynamic ticket represents a huge breakthrough to modernize the financial system and give more security in negotiating important types of titles essential to the promotion of companies, especially small and medium size.
“Regarding the bookkeeping duplicates, security extends to both the drawee, debtor of the debt, which, using the same ticket presented to it through physical or electronic means, will be able to automatically fulfill its obligation to make the payment to the legitimate Duplicate creditor, regarding the financier who acquired the title, who will not need to make payment of payment instruments to ensure the receipt of acquired resources ”declared the BC.
As the bookkeeping or registration systems that will give digital support to these securities or actives are still implemented, the dynamic ticket should be adopted within 6 months after at least one of these systems.
