Sports marketing company says tool will “revolutionize content production in sport”
Digital samba announced on Monday (03.FEV.2025) a capital increase of 4 million euros, with the aim of boosting AI innovation (artificial intelligence) and expanding its global presence, especially in the United States, Latin America, and India.
The company seeks to accelerate content creation and global fans engagement, using its AI -based proprietary technology to offer detailed and real -time analysis of the performance of international digital campaigns.
The capital increase operation will be carried out through the issuance of 500,000 new shares, with a unit price of 8 euros, which represents a discount on the closing price of 12.90 euros on January 31, 2025.
The subscription period of the actions is scheduled from February 3 to 17, 2025, with the new actions being admitted at Euronext Growth Lisbon on February 18, 2025.
The funds obtained from the capital increase will, for the most part (70%), to develop the company’s AI platform, including the integration of advanced features and innovative solutions.
In addition, 10% of resources will be allocated to strengthen sales and marketing areas, focusing on priority markets, and the remaining 20% will be used to improve the company’s financial structure.

The company has plans for the coming years, including the expansion of its AI functionality to create automated content and improve predictive algorithms. With a 44% growth in sales from 2022 to 2023, digital samba projects a revenue from 8 from euros millions to 2024 and aims to reach 40 million euros by 2030, driven by large sporting events and favorable regulatory changes in Sports betting sector in Brazil.
