Moments after Kanye West and her partner, Bianca Censori, impact the red carpet Grammy due to her transparent clothingreports arose that the couple had been escorted out of the award.
However, a source familiar with the sequence of events said to CNN that these reports were false.
“He wasn’t,” the source told the CNN. “He is an nominee. He walked around, got in the car and left. ”
West was nominated on Sunday in the category of best rap song by “Carnival”.
He and Censori drew a lot of attention when entering the event, especially when Censori removed his coat in front of the cameras, revealing a transparent dress.
Recording Academy and CBS did not immediately respond to the request for commentary CNN.
West’s appearance on the red carpet occurred after the rapper published a series of vulgar and seemingly random posts on Saturday night, including a sexual post about former vice-president Kamala Harris.
