For preparation baked pork loin for sandwichesyou will need:
- 1 kg of pork pork in a piece,
- 4 tablespoons of butter,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Marinade:
- 150 ml of olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon of water,
- 1 teaspoon of honey,
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice,
- ½ teaspoon of granulated garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil,
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley,
- ½ teaspoon of dried sage,
- ½ teaspoon mustard beans,
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes.
Prepare the marinade. Pour both types of vinegar, lemon juice and water into the blender cup. Add all spices and honey. Mix thoroughly to combine the ingredients. Slowly pour in a thin olive oil, stirring the marinade all the time.
Prepare pork loin. Wash and dry the meat. Cut off excess fat and all membranes. Place the pork in a string bag and pour the previously prepared marinade. Mix well and set aside in the fridge for 12-24 hours. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pork quickly on all sides so that the meat closes and does not lose the juices during baking.
Transfer the pork to a piece of aluminum foil. Arise the finely chopped butter evenly on top. Wrap the meat and put it in an ovenproof dish. Put the whole in the oven set to 190 degrees Celsius. Bake meat for about 30 minutes to obtain an internal temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. Remove and set aside for 5 minutes.
Baked pork loin for slices and serve hot or cold. Store the remains in a tight container in the fridge and use within 3 days.
