São Paulo Civil Police officers, arrested in December 2024 by the Federal Police, pointed out in a statement that Vinicius Gritzbach would be someone “very cunning”, “intelligent” and “psychopath”.
The testimonies are in an investigation by the Federal Police, which takes into account the hearing of the police reported by Vinicius, executed in November last year at Guarulhos International Airport.

According to PF investigations pointed out by the program, the reported agents had a troubled relationship with the businessman, according to the statement to the São Paulo Public Prosecution Service.
Five civil police officers, including delegate Fabio Baena, had calls with entrepreneurs and a lawyer related to the capital’s first command (CCP).
The PF’s investigation pointed out that security agents boasting a life that had no parity with their monthly salaries as police.

One of the agents, called Marcelo Marques de Souza, known as Bombom, said he never knew or had access to the businessman.
“Vinicius has always been a mauricinho guy in the neighborhood, he didn’t give the ball to anyone,” said Marcelo.

Another civil police officer, Eduardo Monteiro, Baena’s right -hand man, would have called the CCP in 2022 to perform “a hit” after Gritzbach’s arrest, according to the MP’s testimony.
In response to the PF, Monteiro stated that the businessman was a “psychopath”. “I have been a police investigator for 28 years. Vinicius is an articulated, liar and psychopathic criminal. He creates the story. He tries to divert the investigation, ”he said during his statement.
In his denunciation, Gritzbach stated that the delegate Fabio Baena requested $ 30 million to innocent him of a homicide investigation.
“I have to confess that I fell into a trap, doctor, but I was threatened by Vinicius. I had a lot of concern. My family was walking by armored car precisely because of that. He stole the CCP, had the CCP killed. What would he do to me? ”Defended Baena from the prosecution.
In total, 26 people suspected of involvement in the execution of businessman Vinicius Gritzbach, 22 police officers, were arrested by the Civil Police.
