The mayor of, (), chose delegate Victor Hugo Borges, of the Civil Police of São Bernardo do Campo, to occupy the presidency of SPTrans, state of the municipality that manages the capital.
The delegate’s appointment, which should be made by the end of this week, occurs in a context in which the sector is investigated on suspicion of influence of the CCP (First Command of the Capital) criminal faction.
Borges, graduated in law and who is also a teacher of preparatory courses for contests, will take over the place today occupied Levi dos Santos Oliveira, graduated in Computer Science
Linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Mobility and Transport (SMT), SPTrans is responsible for public transport in the capital.
She is the one who began to manage transwolff and Upbus municipal companies, when the São Paulo prosecutor launched the end of the line in April 2024 on suspicion of involvement with the CCP.
