Chicken breasts are among the driest part of the chicken. Therefore, they are also considered “echt diet”. You can enjoy them in any heat treatment, but most shine as a side dish of salads, sandwiches or as a main meal. The thighs (or smaller thighs – drumsticks) are much more juicy. But in return they need a longer time to heat. Therefore, it is suitable for “slow cooking” such as baking, stewing or grilling. And that you would like to try wings?
