According to investigations, during a verification on the cell phone of investigator Eduardo Lopes Monteiro, one of four civil police arrested by the Federal Police, suspected of extortion to Vinicius Gritzbach, was the name of the delegate who was one of the heads of Deic (department (department State of Criminal Investigations) and Denarc (State Department of Narcotics Investigations).
