Former mayor of Montes Claros, Humberto Souto, dies at the age of 90

Humberto Souto was elected mayor in 2016, in the 2nd round, when he reaches 65.31% of the valid votes. Four years later, the politician reelected himself, still in the first round, accounting for 85.24% of the votes. Becoming the best voted among the five mining cities with more than 400 thousand inhabitants.
