On the morning of Tuesday (4), the Public Prosecutor of the State of São Paulo, together with the Civil Police Office, launched one against a Civil Police delegate. This action is part of an ongoing investigation that seeks to clarify the execution of, a (CCP) whistleblower, which took place in November. In addition to the delegate, three other individuals are under investigation, totaling four suspicious people.
Today’s operation represents another step in a series of case -related investigations. To date, 26 people have been arrested, including 17 military police, five civil police and four individuals associated with a man identified as the scout of execution, who remains at large.
Previous actions were conducted by the Civil Police, Civil Police Office and Military Police Corregedoria, highlighting the complexity and seriousness of the case. The Civil Police delegate, who is the main target of the operation, is being investigated for possible bonds with the CCP. Search and seizure warrants are being executed, but there are no additional details about the progress of the operation.
