Vienna/Basel-Kremlin boss Vladimir Putin wants to build an international hit competition as a competition for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) in Russia. “For the further development of international cooperation in the field of culture and humanitarian, I order to hold an international music competition ‘Intervision’ in Moscow and the Moscow area in 2025,” says a now published decree by the Russian president.
