A meeting involved in secretism joined at least 80 Catholic bishops around the world, some cardinals, in a luxury hotel in Sintra, advances the seven margins. To the participants, absolute silence was required about what happened.
The meeting will take place in Portugal at least since 2018 and is all funded by a US institute with members who have been critical of actions by Pope Francis.
