To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 400 g of minced beef meat,
- 150 g of lasagne pasta (3 layers),
- 1 zucchini,
- 50 g of celery,
- 1 onion,
- 1 carrot,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 can of cut tomatoes,
- 100 ml of tomato puree,
- 20 g of tomato concentrate,
- 1 teaspoon of basil,
- 1 teaspoon of oregano,
- 250 g sera ricotty,
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 100 g evening mozzarella tartego,
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Prepare a pot of water. Put the pasta of pasta separately, leave them for a while and pull out with the help of pliers immediately into the heat -resistant dish to the bottom. When you fill it, the remaining pasta is put on a developed baking paper on the countertop or a wooden board.
Peel the carrot and grate finely. Wash the celery and onion, dry and then chop. Peel garlic cloves and squeeze through the press. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Transfer zucchini, carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables until softening, stirring occasionally. Set aside in a bowl.
Peel the zucchini, cut into slices about 3-4 mm thick, sprinkle with salt on both sides. Fry in a frying pan from one and the other to soften. Set aside.
Fry the meat in the same pan. Salt them and grasp during frying. Stir from time to time. Add soft vegetables except zucchini and mix the whole. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the contents of the chopped tomato can, puree and concentrate. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Put ⅓ stuffing, half a portion of zucchini, Parmesan tarts and pasta tarts on the bottom of the heat -resistant vessel with previously arranged pasta. Spread the meat with vegetables, zucchini and sprinkle the whole with ricotta again, you don’t have to spread it. Cover the whole with pasta and put the last portion of the stuffing. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Put the lasagne casserole in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 35 minutes.
