Forget about donuts, and even pancakes. Replace them with much better sweetness, i.e. cream tubes. In the confectionery we could find such made of brewed or waffle cake, but it is worth using it French, thanks to which we will prepare these little pastries in the blink of an eye.

You can’t do without your favorite cream either. In our case, it will be a cream fillinghowever, nothing prevents you from using pudding.

We only need 4 ingredients to make tubes with cream. In this recipe, we also add optional products. It is very possible that you already have them in your home, you will also do without a visit to the store.

What ingredients do we need to make tubes with cream? Here is the exact list:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry;
  • 250 ml cream of cream 36 percent;
  • 250 ml Serka Mascarpone;
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • Optional: 1 egg and 5 drops of vanilla extract.

Before preparing sweets take a puff pastry sheet from the fridge. It must have room temperature. If we do not do it, it may crack. In turn, cream, 36 percent cream and mascarpone cheese should be chilled.

To make tubes with cream, at the beginning we straighten the puff pastry On the board and cut them into even stripes about 3 cm wide. Then We wind them on special molds for this baking.

If we don’t have them, we can wrap the fork with baking paper And only then start winding the dough. Another method is to wrap the dough tube made of aluminum foil smeared with oil.

The tubes prepared in this way can be additionally spreading with a beaten egg. Then we bake them for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees Celsius.

During baking, we prepare a creamy filling. For this purpose, mix the cream with mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and optionally vanilla extract in the dish. A fluffy cream must be created. Finally, put it into a confectionery sleeve and put it in the fridge.

Take the tubes after baking, remove from the molds and leave to cool. Finally, we stuff them with cream. We recommend sprinkle with powdered sugar these small pastries.
