PACE is the average race pace, and it therefore varies according to the effort detached at every moment of the activity. But when we say that such a person runs to a certain Pace-Let’s say, which means one kilometer every six minutes-this is generally his more usual, daily life, and overcoming it becomes something that demands some effort .
