The former barefoot of the Bratislava group of drinks Juraj Ondrejčák alias was annulled by the Supreme Court (NS) of the Slovak Republic 23-year sentence imprisonment imposed on him by the Specialized Criminal Court (STS) in Pezinok in 2021 for several crimes. In this case, the NS allowed him to renew the proceedings. Currently, Juraj Ondrejčák is serving a 16-year prison sentence, which was still imposed on him in 2014. This stems from the information provided by TASR spokeswoman NS Alexandra Važanová. The case was alerted by the SME daily.
“The Senate did not take the accused into custody, with the fact that he would be entered into a total sentence of 16 years, which was imposed on him by the judgment of the Specialized Criminal Court of 26 May 2014, in conjunction with the judgment of the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic of 26 November 2014,” the spokeswoman approached.
Juraj Ondrejčák served a 23-year sentence of imprisonment for the murder of Ľuboslav Velka, the order of the murder of Ján Takáč and other crimes. In 2021, the ŠTS decided in Pezinok, who approved an agreement on guilt and punishment, which was concluded by Piťo with the prosecutor of the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor filed a draft agreement at the ŠTS in December 2020. In addition to the murder of Bosa Takáč, the three other murders were touched. It was the murder of Bosa Albanian enclave of the Košice underworld fadil Pasjača and the participant of the murder of Pasjača Ľuboslav Velka from 2000 as well as a member of the 2004 group.
In these cases, the investigation was completed in June 2020. Juraj Ondrejčák, who was serving a 16-year imprisonment at that time, accused Juraj Ondrejčák of ordering the murder of Takáč in March 2017. Together with him, the police accused his subordinates of the group, which operated from Lamač, Bratislava. Originally, the criminal prosecution for the murder of Takac was interrupted in 2007. In February 2017, it started again.
