Police arrest Duo who shot the residence of family members of the dead branch

Wesley Pinheiro Sombra, 28, and 19-year-old Denildo Ferreira Dutra were arrested, accused of shooting the parents of the parents of a factor on Tuesday afternoon (4).

The arrest took place on a public road in block 8 of the Cidade do Povo Housing Estate, in the second district of Rio Branco.

According to police reports, Wesley and Denildo went to the home of the parents of the criminal Jeremiah, who was killed by his own fellow in front of the People’s City Police Station, with the aim of expelling the family members of the factor.

The reason would be that Jeremiah’s son would have been expelled from the 13 -handed faction and entered the Red Command criminal faction. For this reason, the criminal organization that commands the city of the people would have ordered the expulsion of the elderly couple residing in block 7.

The pair went to the residence and gave a 30 -minute deadline for the couple to leave the house and leave the place. After the given time, Wesley and Denildo would have fired about 12 shots at the property, hitting the gate and the walls. After the criminal action, the suspects fled.

Neighbors, when hearing the shots, called the 2nd Battalion Military Police, which sent several vehicles to the scene. The agents gathered information about the shooters, performed ostensible rounds and isolated the area for the expertise. During the search on block 8, the police approached two men in a suspicious attitude. In the personal magazine, one of them was in possession of a pistol and two intact ammunition. The other carried .22 caliber ammunition also intact and a precision scale.

Faced with the facts, Wesley and Denildo were arrested and were sent to the Flagrant Police Station (Defla), along with the firearm, ammunition and the precision scale, to take the appropriate measures.
