Text wants to guarantee 80% of what entities collect; Deputy Julio Lopes (PP-RJ) wants to traction the project in February
The deputy (PP-RJ) wants to sew by the end of February a bill that guarantees at least 80% of what regulatory agencies collect to be incorporated into their respective budgets.
To the Poder360Lopes stated that the writing of the text should be completed within 20 days. The proposal was built with the help of and (National Association of Effective Servants of Federal Regulatory Agencies).
The idea aims to recompose the financial power of the entities. This is an old claim of regulatory agencies.
Last year, 11 agencies a document claiming that they raised about $ 130 billion a year, while the budget of all entities totaled $ 5 billion.
“Currently, the reality experienced by the agencies endangers all the evolution that occurred over the years, in view of the budgetary and personnel critical situation they are facing”the agencies said.
The bill also aims to recompose the tables of regulatory agencies with the restructuring of careers and readjustments in remuneration. Like the Poder360in June last year about 1/3 of the positions in the agencies were vacant.
The justification of the project is that the current situation of agencies prevents the proper regulation of strategic sectors to the country, such as infrastructure and health.
