Trump’s proposal for Gaza shuffles turbulent scenery in the Middle East

United States President Donald Trump defended on Tuesday (4) the withdrawal of more than 2 million Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip and said the United States will take over the territory.

The US president said neighboring countries could receive refugees. Egypt and Jordan have publicly condemned the idea.

“Now, I saw all the photos of all angles, better than if I were there. And no one can live there, ”said Trump.

Alongside the Republican, Israeli award Benjamin Netanyahu said the war will only end Hamas’s eradication and the return of all hostages that are still in the Palestinian enclave.
