Young man without children is unjustly arrested for delayed pension in the DF

Gustavo Ferreira, 20, was unjustly arrested, accused of not paying alimony. The young man has no children and was released on Wednesday (29), after a custody hearing.

In less than 24 hours of holding the custody hearing, the responsible judge relaxed the arrest of the young man and defeated the National Council of Justice (CNJ) for the calculation of possible fraud in the case.

The error was diagnosed by the Federal District Public Defender’s Office (DPDF), during the prior interview with the hearing, in which the young man was assisted by a private lawyer, who demanded measures from the court to verify the irregularity of the arrest warrant.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Minas Gerais Criminal Execution Court and was linked to a number of case belonging to the São Paulo State Court of Justice, since the process originated from there.
