A judge blocks Trump's order to send trans women to prisons of men

A Federal Judge of Washington has blocked, at least temporarily, Donald Trump’s executive order which demanded to transfer women to prisoners to prisons of men and stop, if they had them, their medical treatments for the transition ,.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth, who was appointed by former Republican President Ronald Reagan, has made this decision after three women transit that their transfer to male prisons contradicted “the protections of the Constitution against the Constitution against cruel and unusual punishments“. Lambeth, according to the Posthe concluded that women have “clearly demonstrated that irreparable damage would occur.” The ruling, in this case, applies to the whole country.
