Cristiano Ronaldo won bronze statue in New York on the day he turned 40

Hundreds of fans of Cristiano Ronaldo gathered yesterday at the iconic Times Square, in New York, to the inauguration of a bronze statue of the Portuguese ace, which celebrated its 40th birthday. At 3.6 meters high, the statue was created by sculptor Sergio Furnari and is another tribute to Ronaldo’s exceptional career, known as historic achievements in world football.

The inauguration was marked by many “siiiiuuuuu” and songs in honor of the “greatest of all time”, while fans vibrated with the new work of art. This milestone happened on your birthday, being a way to celebrate and recognize Ronaldo’s impact on sport.

After its passage in New York, the statue will follow in the world, allowing more fans to pay tribute to the football icon.
