The governor of, (MDB), retreated and will refer to the Legislative Assembly project to revoke the law that removed articles on, which would pave the way for distance learning.
The approval of the law took (Secretariat of Education) of the State Government in Belém on January 14.
The decision was made on Wednesday (5), after closed agreement with Sintepp (Union of Education Workers) and indigenous communities, quilombolas and traditional populations.
The revocation has as its conditioning the end of teachers’ stoppage and the eviction, by the indigenous people, of the building to allow the functioning of Seduc. The government has pledged not to punish servants because of the stoppage.
According to the term of commitment signed, a working group composed of state representatives, Sintepp and indigenous, quilombola and traditional peoples will be created to discuss the preparation of a bill for the establishment of the Magisterium Statute and Plan of Positions, Careers and salary of public education professionals in Pará.
The group will have five state representatives, five of education professionals, as well as five of the indigenous peoples, quilombolas, riverside and traditional populations.
According to the term, the bill will guarantee the general policy of indigenous education, including education professionals linked to this modality, and will deal with bonuses, aiming to avoid cascading effect and ensuring salary irreducibility.
