It is one of the part of the effort to gradually digitize public administration and accelerate the handling of people’s requirements, as well as the terms of the necessary official tasks and even more comfort for people who are used to using modern technologies. Among other things, the government states this novelty, which is already working and has been downloaded by tens of thousands of people on the phone. They do not have to carry a plastic card with them, but on all the necessary occasions they will prove by the application of Edoklady.
It is not mandatory – so far
Although people who are supporting modern technologies and like to try everything new, cheering and looking forward to a new option, those of us who conceive the world more traditionally, can be a little confused about this information. What if I don’t have a smartphone – will I have to get it?
What if I just do not believe in the news and I do not want my data to move on the ether (here it is necessary to say that they are still moving there for a long time)? There are a lot of questions, but according to available information, none of the changes may be concerned.

Although the electronic document is more equivalent to the direction of worldwide events and is involved in systems in the European Union, plastic cards in the form we are used to will continue to apply.
