Panama President José Raul Mulino said on Thursday that the United States is spreading “lies and falsehoods.” Previously, the US State Department claimed that US government vessels could pass the Panama channel without paying fee.
Speaking to journalists, Mulino expressed his “absolute rejection” of managing ties between the two countries “based on lies and falsehoods.”
