Sagging skin around the arms is commonly called “pelicans” because it resembles a beak of a bird of this name. Their main cause is the natural aging process of the body. Some women decide to remove “pelicans” with aesthetic medicine. I am talking about cryoliposis or a fractional laser. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so it’s worth starting to practice. We would like to remind you that the problem of loose skin mainly affects people who have lost rapidly, but also those with a little active lifestyle.

For “pelicans”, therefore, exercises involving triceps will worki.e. the rear three -headed muscles of the arms. We recommend Making Swedish pumps or squeezing a dumbbell for 5 minutes a day. So how do you properly do these exercises?

We make Swedish pumps on a large -knee -length platform, e.g. by a bed, armchair. We set our backs to the furniture. Then we start to go down to 90 degrees in the elbow jointholding the elbows along the body. At the very bottom we stop for 1 second And we return to the starting position. We repeat this activity several times. We do not relax the shoulders with this exercise.

When it comes to squeezing, we take dumbbells in our hands and start running with them in place, moving the same as with a standard gear. After 3 minutes, we start lifting the weights up and lower, and finally we box them in the air.

“Pelicans” can also be ridiculed thanks to other physical activities. We are talking about swimming, walking, Nordic walking or a badminton game.

Exercises for “pelicans” can be completed with firming and complex massages. We start by gently stroking and rubbing the skin from elbow to shoulder. Then knead the folds of the skin and muscles to stimulate circulation, then move to a slight patting of the inside of the arms, using firming oil. Finally, apply the cream to firming the skin.

It is also worth using homemade masks. We can prepare a natural product with 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon of almond oil and 1 egg protein. This mixture tightens and firms the skin, but also regenerates and moisturizes.
