“Plagiats hunter” Stefan Weber legally condemned for bad recruitment

Linz/Salzburg/Klagenfurt – The media scientist and self -proclaimed “plagiarism hunter” Stefan Weber has now also been sentenced to compensation of 4,000 euros in a second instance for bad recovery. In January 2024, the Salzburger is said to have defamed the then rector of the University of Klagenfurt, Oliver Vitouch, with false allegations. Weber must also publish the judgment and bear the costs of the procedure. The decision is final.
