Due to the limitation period, thanks to the amendment, according to the findings of the foundation, 79 cases were stopped against 104 accused persons in total damage of almost five million euros. The Foundation claims that compared to 2022 and 2024, the police clarify much less crimes, for example, in the case of tax cuts, the number of cases has fallen by more than a hundred cases, fraud or receiving bribes by more than half. The Foundation declares that it was based on data published by the Prosecutor’s Office and the Corps of Prison and Judicial Guard.
