Donuts with potatoes do not differ significantly from traditional donuts. However, adding potatoes to them makes the dough take on volume and its consistency changes for the better. Preparation with potatoes from the recipe of Sister Anastasia requires us to prepare the necessary ingredients, thanks to which this snack will have a unique and unique taste. At the beginning we need to prepare products needed for the dough. Here they are:
- 100 g cukru,
- 125 ml of hot water,
- 125 ml of summer milk,
- 360 g of wheat flour,
- 7 g dry yeast,
- 1 egg,
- 75 g of butter,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
However, to prepare the potato mass for the dough, we will need:
- 150 g of potatoes,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- 2 tablespoons of milk.

The first step to prepare these sweets is to peel potatoes and cook them until they are quite soft. Then strain them and pour milk into them and add butter. We beat the whole on silky purée.
The next step is melting in the pan butter to the dough and cool it. In the meantime, sift the flour to a large bowl, add sugar, salt and yeast to it. However, put the remaining ingredients on the dough, i.e. water, cooled butter from a pan, hot purée, summer milk and egg in the second bowl.
