Scientists from the Central University of China have found that daily consumption of fifty grams of full -fat or low -fat yogurt, half of one crucible, may reduce the risk of premature death by almost twenty percent. The authors analyzed the diet and health of 186,000 men and women in the UK and found that those who ate up to 50 g of white yogurt without sugar and sweeteners a day were eighteen percent lower the probability of premature death for any causes.
