With vegetable and spice sauce, shredded chicken can be used in various dishes and meals throughout the week

Anyone who has a habit of training knows well: shredded chicken is a perfect joker for several hours, supplying the protein needed for the body and working in various types of meal. From lunch to sandwich, tapioca, pizza fit and more, a little pot is enough to vary the dishes of the week, and ensure nutrition in all of them. >

On social networks, Gigi Vilela taught how to make a perfect, fast and easy shredded chicken from the cleaning process to food preparation. At first, she already warns: No need to wash the chicken. Just take the “gost” that is in the chicken with paper towels. >

In cases of less sanitized foods, the ideal is to put the chicken in a bowl with water, drain and then wash everything to avoid cross -contamination, without putting the food straight into the tap water flow. >

With separate ingredients, it is time to get your hands dirty. The first step is to chop the chicken and put it in the pressure cooker with olive oil to golden until it gets tanned. Then comes the flavor of the dish, adding the carrot, tomato, onion, tomato extract, mustard grain and sweet paprika. >

With the sauce being prepared, the next step is to shred the chicken. For this, the best solution is to shake the pressure cooker very strongly, and it will be shredded.>

So just take the sauce made and put over the chicken already cooked. On top of everything, go a little parsley or coriander, and that’s it!>

The tip is to freeze the chicken in several separate pots, to slowly defrost and use in different dishes throughout the week.>
