Eggs are a relatively universal raw material that can still be changed. But if you don’t know how to prepare eggs for dinner today, there is another very interesting recipe.
Soft eggs, hard, like omelette, scrambled, or even the “ostrich”, wrapped in minced meat and many other options – all this offers cookbooks from the oldest to modern. Few contains a recipe for scrambled eggs with cottage cheese. It is a pity, because who will try it once will certainly return to him regularly.

Three raw materials and a few minutes
The process of preparing this delicacy is simple, just slack two eggs, add 50 grams of cottage cheese and 30 grams of grated hard cheese. Then just use the mixture to only make salt and pepper, pour everything into a hot pan with a little melted butter and fry until the eggs thicken into a classic consistency.
Then we can add fresh herbs to taste – for example, chopped parsley in this case, but it is not the only one. Chives or finely chopped spring nettle (similar to stuffing) will also do wonders with the result.
Why eat eggs?
Let’s remind you why we should actually include eggs in the diet quite often. There are more than enough reasons, and among the main ones we should mention a really high content of quality protein, a wide range of essential amino acids that help to build muscle mass. They are also important for the regeneration of the musculoskeletal system and in other areas of care for our health.
Be smart with eggs
Eggs should also eat people who want to support brain activity, strengthen memory and generally the entire nervous system. In addition, the vitamins that the body together with the eggs, especially B and D, help build stronger immunity, iron is a hematopoietic and thus also oxygen supply, while selenium is an antioxidant that protects cells from unnecessary damage and rapid aging.
What about cholesterol?
You have also heard that excessive egg consumption leads to a high level of “bad” cholesterol in the blood. It is like in many other cases – although cholesterol contains, but we would have to become their real and uncritical eaters to really hurt ourselves. New studies even show that this is a minimal influence. Let us not be afraid of more than other foods and consume them in reasonable and other raw materials balanced quantities.
With eggs you can also lose weight
Finally, it is also possible to recall the possible positive egg function in trying to lose weight. This is due to their nutritional value and ability to induce a feeling of satiety for a relatively long time. Those who are not hungry do not get after another meal and the body has time to get rid of excess fat stores by combustion. So, how did you decide?
