A federal judge has temporarily blocked Trump’s plan that aims to offer financial incentives to resolving employees.
The decision was made hours before the deadline for employees to apply for the program, which would end at midnight on Thursday.
Judge George O’toole Jr. of Boston did not comment on the legality of the program, having marked a hearing for Monday.
The official also instructed administration officials to extend the deadline for registration in the program to after the hearing.
