In general, they motivate complaints for the high noise, drug circulation and free sale of alcohol to children under 18.
The idea is to create areas in various neighborhoods where these events could be held, through the city’s supervision.
“The cultural movement will not be fought, what can not be to mix with social disorder,” says the city’s urban security secretary, Orlando Morando. “We want to inhibit illegal events, but giving a leisure alternative to the population,” he says.
According to Morando, the mayor () seeks to be toned the safest city. “Whether this is called a hard line or not, it is the least important. What matters is giving a sense of security to the population,” says the secretary.
