Sweet breakfast for people on a diet. Tastes like a cake

If you want to eat healthier, you don’t have to give up sweet breakfast. However, instead of buns, donuts or toast with chocolate cream, do delicious baked porridge. It is filling, contains a lot of fiber, thanks to which it supports the work of your intestines, and provides you with valuable vitamins and minerals. What’s more, you can freely modify the add -ons in it, exchanging fruit and nuts for those you like the most. Such a meal tastes like a delicious cake.

To prepare two portions, you will need:

  • 200 g of natural yogurt,
  • 100 g of water,
  • 100 g of oatmeal,
  • 2 tablespoons of minced linseed,
  • 1 apple,
  • 6 dried apricots,
  • A small handful of almonds
  • a tablespoon of honey,
  • A pinch of cinnamon.

Instead of water, you can use milk or plant drink, it will also come out delicious.

Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Pour yogurt and water into the bowl. Mix both products thoroughly with each other. Then add oatmeal, linseed, chopped apple and apricots, as well as chopped almonds and honey. Mix everything together and leave for 5 minutes.

Then transfer the mixture to the baking dish, e.g. Kokika. Bake porridge for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. After this time, remove and leave for a moment to cool.
