The General Prosecutor’s Office intervened in case of kidnapping and intoxication of the student: the prosecutor must act again

The General Prosecutor’s Office (GP) of the Slovak Republic annulled the decision to stop criminal prosecution in the event of the kidnapping and intoxication of the student SONE. At the same time, she ordered the Prosecutor of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office to act again and decide. This stems from the information provided by TASR GP spokeswoman Zuzana Drobová.
