Problems quickly multiply in geometric progression. It was exactly this problem that businessman João Vitor Moraes faced when he was a partner of Coco Bambu, in Ceará, in 2012, and needed to call someone to maintain his restaurants.

The question was taking such a large proportion that he began to think of a system that would bring the service providers closer to those who needed them, a kind of “tinder of services.”

Moraes knew that there were already similar initiatives, such as Getninjas, but there was nothing like what he was elaborating, focused on companies. A platform that not only introduced the provider to the contractor but also follow the process of the work step by step, in real time and, in the end, attest to that the work was successfully and quality, meeting all the requirements required by the customer.

And there was the icing on the cake: creating a large database formed by professionals attested by the platform’s customers so that other customers could also benefit.

The idea was being gestated and grew so much that, in 2016, Moraes ended up leaving the society of Coco Bambu to dedicate himself exclusively to the new project. He quickly joined a technician, who understood what he wanted and managed to start operationalizing everything, creating the Trilogo Works Management tool.

Stones on the way

But not everything was flowers at first, because in the middle of the way there was a stone called pandemic. “When everything stopped, we were suspended. But, on the other hand, technology never has jumped so big and in such a short time. New solutions were emerging and helped increase the project even more. ”

It was at this time that the businessman found a capital venture fund, linked to the Melzer family, who wanted to invest in the company. With the technical part going well, the company is already paying, and the ability of Moraes to manage and sell the service, the new platform has taken off and today the trolilog is already landing in other countries, taken by the hands of the customers themselves, who pay For the service to find good suppliers and manage the works in real time.

Today the platform that unites suppliers to those who need to maintain equity is fully focused on the B2B market, with 7,000 service providers. “For now we are on B2B, but our big dream is to reach the B2C market, serving the end consumer with this same quality.”

Not to mention many external investments, startup today already serves companies such as Localiza, Sicred, Smartfit, Bluefit and others, which took the Ceará system to the rest of Brazil and now to Mexico and other Latin American countries. “We are gaining scale because customers are educating suppliers to participate in our platform, so other customers will enjoy this collaborative mass,” he says.

The trilogo still has an extra help of Sicredi. In addition to being a large client, the credit cooperative is today a great partner to financially educate service suppliers, so that they become a financially -healthy service company, according to Moraes.

At age 40, the business administrator says he is pleased with the direction the business took, even when he had to give up his partnership and slow down, without straightening. Now the executive says the company is ready to take the next step. The company, which started with him only and today has 100 employees, wants to become a major marketplace of services and, in 5 to 10 years, thinks about making an IPO.

When asked if he wants the trilogy to become a kind of “tinder of services”, Moraes responds categorical. “No, our inspiration is the free market, a closed system, where everything is done inside the platform, even the message system. This will certainly give us structure to become a major service marketplace later this year, ”says Moraes.
