The federal deputy (PL-SP) released on Thursday (6) message in a group of WhatsApp with information about march and motocyte scheduled for next Wednesday (12) in São Paulo against the minister, (Supreme Court Federal ).
The protest has as one of the organizers the political activist Guilherme Sampaio, who, on a social network, claims to be co -founder of “#foramoraes.”
The card released by Zambelli says the protest seeks to “demand the end of the juristocracy”, “defend the amnesty”, support the “persecuted politicians” and ask for the creation of a CPI (Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of electoral fraud.
Zambelli had on January 30. She was convicted of electoral misinformation in the context of the 2022 election. The deputy appealed the decision and the action is in the (Superior Electoral Court), which has Moraes as one of the ministers.
Asked if the disclosure of the protest could not harm the action in the TSE, the deputy did not respond.
