The governments of the three Baltic countries – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania – have announced on Saturday their successful disconnection of the Russian Electrical System Brelll and to begin the process of incorporation into the European Energy Network, the so -called synchronous network of continental Europe or UCTE , in an initiative to protect, coincide with any Russian pressure maneuver through the energy supply.
