Puff pastry with ham and cheese in the form of aromatic and crunchy rolls will appeal to all your family and all guests. It will be a great appetizer, snack or bite for a film or match. The sausage and stretching cheese in the mouth are a recipe for a successful party. The big advantage of this starter is the ability to modify the ingredients used insidethanks to which it can taste a bit different every time – sometimes a bit more spicy, sometimes more salty.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry sheet,
- 6 slices of good quality delicatessen ham,
- 200 g of your favorite grated cheese – cheddar, mozzarella or other yellow,
- a spoon of tomato passage,
- A spoon of dried oregano.

Method of performance:
Expand the puff pastry on the kitchen counter. Spread the ham evenly on the surface of the dough, and then smear them with a spoon of tomato passage. Sprinkle the whole with grated cheese.
Collapse the dough tightly, starting from the long side. Cut the roulade into pieces about 1.5-2 cm thick. Place the rolls horizontally on a baking tray from the oven lined with baking paper.
The egg beaten in a bowl and brush the top of the rolls with a silicone brush. Sprinkle the whole with evenly oregano.
Insert a puff pastry with ham and cheese in a furnace set at 200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until nice browning. Serve ready rolls hot, with your favorite sauce. Store the remains in a tight container in the fridge. Heat them in the oven for a few minutes.
